Section 02

Submit an enquiry

Please provide a brief outline so suitability can be assessed. Responses are provided during business hours.

Enquiry form

Information provided is used solely to assess suitability for services. Please do not include sensitive detail about children or proceedings at this stage. Submitting an enquiry does not create a professional relationship.

Section 03

Services and how they are accessed

Evertrack Family Practice operates across distinct professional roles with clearly defined boundaries. Each service is accessed in different ways:

Family Reports

Andrew Macintosh is a Panel Family Consultant appointed to the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. Reports are undertaken on court appointment via the Court Children’s Service and on direct instruction from Independent Children’s Lawyers and lawyers for parties.

Parenting Coordination

Provided in post-orders matters where final or interim parenting orders are in place. Referrals are accepted from legal practitioners and from parents on self-referral, subject to suitability.

International Assessments

Independent family and kinship assessments undertaken in Australia for matters before the UK family courts. Instructions are accepted from UK solicitors and local authorities.

Multiple roles are not undertaken with the same family. Services may be provided in person or remotely, depending on the nature of the matter and the service involved.

Section 04

Suitability and screening

All matters are subject to intake screening, including conflict assessment and confirmation of role suitability. Please note:

  • Advice regarding court outcomes, legal strategy, or existing reports is not provided
  • Parenting coordination is suitable only where final or interim parenting orders are in place; not all matters are appropriate
  • Submitting an enquiry does not create a professional relationship
  • Enquiries outside the scope of services may not proceed to intake, and services may be declined or discontinued where they are not appropriate

Responses are provided during business hours. If your enquiry is time-sensitive (for example, where a matter is currently before the Court), please say so in your email and it will be prioritised. Matters involving immediate safety concerns should be directed to police or emergency services.

Privacy

Information provided through the enquiry process is used solely to assess suitability for services and is handled in accordance with applicable privacy obligations.
