Practitioner background
Andrew Macintosh has over 15 years’ experience across statutory child protection and court-based assessment in both Australia and the United Kingdom and is appointed as a Panel Family Consultant to the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, undertaking Family Report work in accordance with Regulation 40 of the Family Law Regulations.
His work involves the assessment of complex family circumstances, including matters involving child safety, family violence, parental capacity, and post-separation conflict.
